Vieri Mannucci
Training – Director
Born in 1970, Vieri is a Captain under the Red Ensign (IMO-STCW Master 3000 gt).
His background shows a wide and international experience in varied areas: from Yacht-Racing (former crew-member on America’s Cup Class and World’s Series Maxi Yachts), to Refit Project Managing and to Legal (Broker & Owner’s Representative). He regularly contributes articles to nautical magazines on Manning & Safety Standards.
Yachtmaster® Instructor, Vieri is Principal & Chief Instructor at “VMB Yachts” RYA/MCA Training Centre, a sea school specialised in long range navigation and tailored tuition.

Fabio Corsini
Technical Project Manager (Electronics)
Born in Genova, in 1972. He graduated on Phisics in Pisa.
He began his career at I.S.E. an Italian company dedicated to design and production of embedded, high technology electronic systems for aerospace and defence.
Then, after an experience with Yachtica srl on marine domotic appliance, he dedicated to marine electronics and electric systems. He’s skilled on marine electronics systems and collaborates also in projects for vintage sail yachts refitting.
He also works with the prestigious Italian shipyards producing Sailing and Motor Yachts such as Vismara, Azimuth and San Lorenzo.

Francesco Dinelli
Born in Viareggio in 1964,
Nautical schools, Engineering Department.
Sailing instructor for the Italian Sailing Federation (FIV)
A long experience in Olympic dinghies racing and later offshore racing. His working experience started 25 years ago in Marine Services Shipyard (Baltic); since 20 years he runs his own company – FD Rigging – providing specialised, custom-made services for privates and many important shipyards like Baltic yachts, Perini Navi and Wally Yachts.
He’s part of Harken’s Special Project Team.

Guillermo Dini
Technical Project Manager (Electronics)
Born in Buenos Aires in 1969. He graduated in Buenos Aires in Graphic Design.
He began his career on the yachts at Viareggio, where he was involved in the design and installation of electrical systems on pleasure yachts.He’s skilled on marine electronics systems and collaborates also in projects for vintage sailing yachts refitting.
At the same time, he also worked with Italian producers of prestigious shipyards sail and motor yachts, as Perini Navi, Latini Marine, Tecnomar, Benetti, Azimut and San Lorenzo.
A man who dreams with open eyes, loves the company of friends and good music.

Carolina Saccenti
Born in 1976 in Milan, Carolina worked as Sales & Marketing Manager for 5 star Deluxe Hotels and Incentive Houses in Italy, Canada and Ireland.
She specialized in Corporate Tourism and in the organization of Events, Product Launches and Marketing Campaigns.
Carolina has always been a passionate sailor, and in the last 2 years she turned her passion into practice,working on board sailing yachts. She speaks fluent English and French and thanks to her inclination towards Public Relations, she matured a solid network of contacts on land and sea.

Edoardo Nardelli
Born in 1976, Edoardo has been a certified MCA Captain for over 10 years, maturing a wide experience in ocean-going navigation.
Edoardo has sailed in almost any water of the ‘Wet World”, working on Maxis, Catamarans, classic and modern Sailing Yachts and some Motor Yacht including Ice Class Explorers.
Edoardo also practised his passion for Engineering, doing Sea Trials for various Shipyards, following refit and new projects and solving the problems that arose on the spot.
His positive approach allowed him to develop a network of consolidated suppliers and shipyards.
